Boonville License transfer; separate licenses ordinance (§ 10-7)
Chapter 10: Licenses and Taxation · Article I. In General
A license shall be nontransferable and nonassignable and shall not be construed to permit the person to whom it is issued to carry on the business or occupation for which the license is obtained at more than one store, place or stand at the same time within the city.
