Boonville General regulations—Marijuana dispensary ordinance (§ 10-285)

(a) Medical marijuana dispensary facilities and comprehensive marijuana dispensary facilities shall be permitted to conduct business operations only between the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 1:30 a.m. the following morning, Monday—Saturday. Such facilities shall remain closed at all other times.

(b) Medical marijuana dispensary facilities shall not sell, vend, give away, or otherwise supply medical marijuana to any person or qualified caregiver who does not possess a current patient or caregiver ID card, or who otherwise is not legally qualified to receive medical marijuana.
