Boonville Regulations ordinance (§ 10-144)
Chapter 10: Licenses and Taxation · Article VII. Adult Businesses
The city clerk shall have the power to promulgate regulations as may be necessary and feasible for the carrying out at the duties of his/her office and which are not inconsistent with the provisions of this article.
