The Basics
If you have spent time in a small town in Missouri, then the odds are you know what parking is like in Rocheport—it is found in the downtown area, along the streets, and in a few parking lots.
There are alleyways in the middle of our blocks which must be kept open for firetrucks and emergency vehicles. Vehicles will get towed if parked in any of the alleys.
Downtown Parking
Parking downtown on Central Street is asphalt based in front of the business buildings. Most of downtown is comprised of businesses, but there are homes at the north and south end of Central Street to be mindful of when parking.
Parking in front of Residential Homes
Much of the city is grass parking with no curb on the edge of the asphalt streets. When parking near residential homes, please be considerate, park vehicles on the edge of the road and out of residential yards. Vehicles blocking driveways may be towed.

Parking Lot at First Street and Pike
A parking lot is located at First Street and the end of Pike Street and is right next to the Katy Trail, 100ft from Meriwether Café and Bike Shop, 200ft from Mount Nebo Inn, three blocks from Welburn Park and three blocks from the downtown area. It is partially paved and during events, the grass surrounding the pavement is also used for parking.

Katy Trailhead Parking
There is paved Katy Trailhead parking on the southeast side of town at the end of Ward Street, past Mount Nebo Inn.

Parking on State Highway BB or Third Street
State Highway BB is one and the same as Third Street where it runs through the middle of Rocheport. The speed limit when heading into Rocheport on BB goes from 55mph to 35mph and then quickly to 25mph. Please slow down when coming into town. Curbless parking is available on Third Street, but be cautious of traffic if parked there. For information on bridge closures in the area see the Rocheport Area Road Closures page.
