Southern Provisions BBQ, Bourbon and Bluegrass

Caitlyn Campbell provided a classy tasting and southern experience for this event deep in wine country for her Grand Opening at 110 Central St

Southern Provisions celebrated its new location in Rocheport, Missouri (now on 110 Central Street) with a delightful BBQ, Bourbon and Bluegrass event.

Inside – The Tasting

The bourbon tasting was hosted by Wood Hat Spirits located in New Florence, Missouri. Guests enjoyed the samples, and many were excited to purchase a bottle to take home with them.

Inside – The Shopping

While the music and BBQ were being enjoyed on the back patio, the newly updated store remained open, owner Caitlin Campbell assisting guests who shopped the unique and charming offerings. Originally built in 1930, the space has been beautifully renovated with a blend of the past alongside the modern. Southern Provision’s previous location on 204 2nd Street will soon open as the Southern Gent Candle Bar, also owned by Campbell. Both stores are great additions to the existing shopping on Central Street.

Outside – The Music

Outside the temperature was as perfect as could be as The Rolling Stops played their six-person band. The crowd was treated to Bud’s Classic BBQ located in Columbia, Missouri, the flavors of which everyone raved about. This patio is the same location for the Old Time Music Jam Fests that are held on the fourth Friday of each month which are also hosted by Southern Provisions. Locals ambled by, including a few kids, to take in the scene and enjoy a bit of the bluegrass.
