Coopers Landing

Cooper’s Landing sits on the banks of the Missouri River at Easley, just upriver from Rocheport and one of the best-known landmarks on the Katy Trail. It’s a genuine one-stop river outpost — marina, campground, general store, and live music venue all rolled into one spot that’s been a magnet for trail riders, boaters, and music lovers for years.

Camping runs from tent sites shaded by sycamore and cottonwood to standard and riverfront RV sites, plus a few glamping tents for anyone who wants the river view without the gear. Rates flex with the season and site type — roughly $20–$30 a night for a tent site, $50–$60 for RV, and $75 and up for glamping, with holiday weekends priced a little higher. There’s a boat ramp and dock on site for anyone coming in off the water.

The general store stocks cold beer (Missouri favorites like Logboat and Bur Oak included), wine, snacks, and sandwiches, and doubles as home base for the live music Cooper’s Landing is best known for — roots, blues, folk, jazz, country, and rock ‘n’ roll, weather permitting. It’s an easy, unpretentious stop for a paddle-up drink, a weekend campsite, or a night of music by the water.
