What you’re really paying for at either place is Rocheport itself: wake up, walk the Katy Trail before the day heats up, and spend the afternoon up at the Les Bourgeois A-Frame Winegarden with a glass of wine and the river below. Both properties fill up fast in fall, so book early if harvest season is your plan.
