The Rocheport General Store continues to bring great musical talent to its Sunday Music Series, this time featuring The Bait Shop Boys. This band has performed around town several times in the past and showcases their performance chops with crowd-pleasing tunes. The most lively tunes got the crowd joining in with call-and-response songs. What makes this band stand out is the ease with which they play together. This is a veteran band that can play to the crowd with a catalog of songs that can be done in the round or that have lively choruses, extending the musicality of their songs.
Sunday music is a feature of Rocheport for everyone
The music shows always start at 4 p.m. and run till 6 p.m. at the Rocheport General Store. If you arrive at 4 p.m., the crowd is already ordering food and drinks in preparation for the show. If you arrive later and don’t find an empty table, don’t worry, the guests are generally happy to give you a chair or share their table. This crowd is here for the social time as much as for the music.
The weather is finally turning warm and the outside patio is heating up
It is always nice to see the crowds watching the show, but the General Store also offers outdoor seating for those who want to chat it up or drink and eat while enjoying the music in the background. A full menu and drinks are available for outdoor service.
